Information and form
Public transport >>LINK
From the train station Zoologischer Garten take the underground line U2 (direction Pankow) one station to the station Wittenbergplatz. Change to line U1 (direction Warschauer Straße). Exit at the station Möckernbrücke. For our hostel in Hallesches Ufer 30 use the exit Hallesches Ufer and walk against the traffic. You will find us on the left hand side.
From the train station Ostbahnhof take any S-Bahn line just one station to Warschauer Straße(direction Wartenberg,Straussberg or Erkner). Cross the bridge to the Underground station( red brick house on the right side) and take the line U1 (direction Uhlandstraße). Exit at the station Möckernbrücke. For our hostel in Hallesches Ufer 30 use the exit Hallesches Ufer and walk against the traffic. You will find us on the left hand side.
From the main train station 2006 (Lehrter Bahnhof) take any of the S-Bahn (direction Ostbahnhof, Erkner, Straussberg or Wartenberg) one station to Friedrichstrasse and change there to the underground line U6 (direction Alt-Mariendorf). Get off at the station Hallesches Tor and walk along Hallesches Ufer with the traffic. You will find us on the right hand side.
From the central bus station (ZOB) take bus 104 (direction Stralau). Get off at U-Fehrbelliner Platz. Change to the underground line U7 (direction Rudow). Exit at the station Möckernbrücke. For our hostel in Hallesches Ufer 30 use the exit Hallesches Ufer and walk against the traffic. You will find us on the left hand side.
Airport
From Tegel Airport take bus X9 (direction Zoologischer Garten). Get off at the station Jakob-Kaiser-Platz. Change to the underground line U7 (direction Rudow). Exit at the station Möckernbrücke. For our hostel in Hallesches Ufer 30 use the exit Hallesches Ufer and walk against the traffic. You will find us on the left hand side.
From Schönefeld Airport take the S-Bahn S45 (direction Gesundbrunnen). Get off at the station Tempelhof and use the underground line U6 (direction Alt-Tegel). Exit at the station Hallesches Tor and walk on the street Hallesches Ufer with the traffic. You will find us on the right hand side.
By car/bus
From the motorway A10 (which goes arround Berlin) you need to take the exit Tempelhof. At the end of the exit line you need to turn left in direction to “Kreuzberg” on the Street B96. Follow it you will cross a channel. Turn right after the bridge and you are on Hallesches Ufer and you will find us on the right hand side.

FROM THE MAIN STATION (LEHRTER BAHNHOF)...
...take a S-Bahn (S5, S7, S9) in direction to Zoologischer Garten. Get out there and change to the Metro-Bus-Line M46 in direction to Britz/Buschkrug until Rathaus Schoeneberg where you follow the Martin-Luther-Strasse against the traffic. After crossing the Badensche Strasse and Martin-Luther Strasse you will see the Meininger Strasse. Follow the street for 50m and you will arrive at the MEININGER Hostel Berlin Schoeneberg.

Hauptbahnhof (Lehrter Bahnhof)
Take the S-Bahn (direction Ostkreuz) till “Alexanderplatz”. Change to the U2 (direction Pankow) and get of at “Senefelderplatz”. Exit at Schönhauser Allee and you will immediately see our hostel.
Ostbahnhof
Take the S-Bahn S7, S75 or S9 (direction: Hauptbahnhof/Zoo). Get off at “Alexanderplatz” and take the U2 (direction Pankow) till “Senefelderplatz”. Exit at Schönhauser Allee and you already see our house.
Central Bus Station (ZOB)
Take the U2 from (direction Pankow) and get off at “Senefelderplatz”. Leave the station in course of the U-Bahn and you already see our hostel.
FROM THE AIRPORTS
Airport Tegel
Take the bus X9 (direction Zoologischer Garten). Get off at “Ernst-Reuter-Platz” then take the U2 (direction Pankow) and get off at “Senefelderplatz”. Leave the station in course of the U-Bahn upstairs you see our house.
Airport Schoenefeld
Take the S-Bahn S9 (direction Spandau) and get off at “Alexanderplatz”. Take the U2 (direction Pankow) and get off at “Senefelderplatz”. Leave the station in course of the U-Bahn and exit at Schönhauser Allee where you will immediately see our hostel.

By Tube
You can get to our hostel via the underground stations South Kensington and Gloucester Road. The underground lines District Line, Circle Line and Piccadilly Line all stop here.
From South Kensington underground station: Exit Harrington road to the west and turn right into Queen’s Gate. Baden-Powell House is to your left.
From Gloucester Road underground station: Exit Gloucester Road to East/right and turn left into Queen's Gate. You will see a blue sign in the middle of the intersection. From there on it's only 150m.
FROM THE AIRPORTS
Heathrow
Take the Piccadilly Line to Gloucester Road/South Kensington. From Gloucester Road station follow the mentioned description.
Gatwick
Take the Gatwick Express till Victoria Station and then the Circle or District Line (direction Paddington) to Gloucester Road. Now follow the aforementioned description.
Stansted
Take train to “Liverpool Street”. From there, take the Central Line (direction Ealing Broadway) till “Nothing Hill Gate”. Here you can change to the District or Circle Line till “Gloucester Road”. Now you can follow the aforementioned description.
London City Airport
There is a free shuttle service to the city centre.
AT NIGHT, BETWEEN 11PM AND 5AM THERE IS NO BUS OR TUBE SERVICE.

Take the U1 (direction Reumannplatz). Get off at the next station “Keplerplatz” and head for the exit Raaber-Bahn-Gasse. Stepping out you will already see the hotel at the corner Columbusgasse/Raaber-Bahn-Gasse.
Westbahnhof
Take the U3 (direction Simmering) and get off at “Stephansplatz”. Change into the U1 (direction Reumannplatz) till “Keplerplatz”. Follow the description from Südbahnhof. .
FROM THE AIRPORTS
Take the CAT (City Airport Train) to Wien “Mitte/Landstrasse”. From there take the U3 (direction Ottarkring) to “Stephansplatz” and then change into the U1 to “Kepplerplatz “. Now you can follow the description from Südbahnhof.
You can also lake the Airport Vienna Bus Line 1187. Get off at Südbahnhof and follow the description above.
Airport Bratislava
The Bratislava Airport is only 65km from Vienna centre. There is a bus going from the airport to Vienna “Südtiroler Platz”. From the “Südtiroler Platz” you take the U1 (direction Reumannplatz) to “Keplerplatz”. (For directions from Keplerplatz to the hostel see above).

Hauptbahnhof (Main Station)
Take any S-Bahn line (direction “out of town”) to “Hackerbrücke” and leave the station in-driving directions. Take a left into Grasser Street- this street will lead you directly to the Landsberger Strasse. Take a right into Landsberger Strasse and after 2min you reach our hostels on the right lane side.
FROM THE AIRPORTS
Franz-Josef Strauss Airport
Take the underground line S1 (direction Ostbahnhof) or S8 (direction Geltendorf). Exit at “Hackerbrücke” and leave the station in-driving directions.
Now you can follow the description from the Hauptbahnhof.

WITH PUBLIC TRANSPORT >>LINK
Hauptbahnhof (Main Station)
Take either the S1 (direction Wedel) the S3 (direction Pinneberg) or the S31 (direction Altona).
Get off at “Altona” station. Follow Hahnenkamp Street in direction of traffic until the intersection Hahnenkamp/Max Brauer Allee, turn left into Max Brauer Allee and walk 150m. Take another left turn into Goetheallee. And after only 30m you will find our house on the left handside.
FROM THE AIRPORT
Hamburg Airport
Jump onto Bus number 110 (direction Ohlsdorf) and get off at U-/S- Station “Ohlsdorf”.
From there take the S1 (direction Wedel) until “Altona” station.
Follow the instructions above, to make your way from to MEININGER City Hostel & Hotel Hamburg.

Hauptbahnhof (Main Station)
Take the U-Bahn 18 (direction Klettenberg) or U6-Bahn (direction Ubierring) till “Neumarkt” change to the Tramway 1 (direction Weiden) or 7 (direction Frechen) and get off at “Rudolfplatz”. Walk down Hohenstaufenring in direction Zuelpicher Platz then turn right onto Lindenstrasse and walk about 50 meters before turning left onto Engelbertstrasse. After a few steps you reach our hostel.
Messe/Cologne Deutz
Take the Tramway 1 (direction Weiden) to “Rudolfplatz” and follow the direction from Hauptbahnhof.
FROM THE AIRPORT
From Airport Cologne-Bonn
Take the S13 line to the final stop, Cologne-Hansaring. There, change to the U15 (direction Cologne-Ubierring), U12 (direction Zollstock), U16 (direction Bonn/Bad-Godesberg) or U18 (direction Bonn Main Station) and take it to “Rudolfplatz”. From there, follow the directions as from Hauptbahnhof.
